Our client services dept is hiring

Chris Bruce • 5th Oct 2018

If you’re the candidate for us,  you’ll probably be pretty short on time so we’ll get straight to the point; we’re looking for a Senior Account Manager OR a Junior Account Director.

Well, sort of.  There’s a bit more to it than that.  We’re after someone who’s naturally collaborative.  A team player with a ‘whatever it takes’ mentality who’ll not only help grow the agency in general, but someone who will fit with the culture we’ve built here at The Lane.

Fundamentally,  you’ll help the rest of your team do their thing (and vice versa).  You’ll have a hand in making sure that every piece of work that leaves our doors is up to scratch not to mention the opportunity to input on how we keep raising the bar in this respect.  We’d like to meet people who can demonstrate that they’re not only generous with their ideas but can happily build on those of others too.

In your 5+ years of experience working in agency land, you’ll have plenty of understanding of what it means to be the agency’s first line of defence.  You’ll be as passionate about breaking new ground for us and our clients in terms of exploring new technology and new channels as you are about managing aggressive deadlines.  Same goes for nailing financial targets and nurturing less experienced team members – we like to think of ourselves as both a business and a family here.

The rewards for ticking all these boxes are many.  The successful candidate will of course benefit from a competitive salary – they’ll also enjoy all the perks of working here.  This includes 30+ days holiday a year, a fantastic maternity/paternity policy, a generous pension package, flexible working, your birthday off, free fruit and even a shot at taking the top spot in our table tennis league.  Oh, and you’ll even be able to update your LinkedIn to say that you’re part of an award-winning multi-disciplined agency.

To throw your hat in the ring and be considered for the role send us your CV to talent@thelaneagency.com
